The following guidelines must be strictly followed :

• The authors are invited to submit original and unpublished work and not currently submitted for consideration elsewhere.  For each accepted paper, at least one author must be fully registered. An oral presentation at the conference is strictly required.
• The 1st Annual International Conference iccims is seeking high-quality submissions for papers (up to 5  pages) in all areas mentioned in Topic Areas (Home onglet). Authors of Accepted Papers receive peer reviews by international researchers leaders. Accepted papers are chosen on the basis of originality, technical content, clarity and potential impact of results. Submissions must be original and may not be under consideration elsewhere. Multiple publications and plagiarism will be handled according to publisher policies and procedures .

• Authors are requested to submit their papers, in PDF format, using the online conference management system EasyChair

• The submission processes will be managed by easychair.org. if you have used this system before, you can use the same username and password. If this is your first time using EasyChair, you will need to register for an account by clicking “I have no EasyChair account” button. Upon completion of registration, you will get a notification email from the system and you are ready for submitting your paper. You can upload and re-upload the paper to the system by the submission due date.

Instructions to Authors :

• Papers to be written in English and must meet the required standard.
• Good figures and photos quality is a very important requirement for the publication.
• The authors must make sure that all research sources used in their papers have been adequately referenced.
• Authors should present an accurate account of their original research as well as an objective discussion of its significance. Manuscripts will follow the submission guidelines of the conference.
• Authors must ensure that they have written entirely original work.
• Authors should not submit the same manuscript to more than one conference proceedings.
• Authors also ensure that all the authors have seen and agreed to the submitted version of the manuscript and their inclusion of names as co-authors.
• Sources of financial support, if any, must be clearly disclosed.
• If at any point of time, author discovers a significant error or inaccuracy in submitted manuscript, the error or inaccuracy must be reported to the editor.
